Questions

How is capacity counted?+

Solar by installed DC capacity (MWp), storage by usable energy (MWh). Hybrid sites pay for both. Billing follows your fleet month by month.

What does Alpha AI need to work well?+

Two weeks of data per asset to learn normal behaviour. If you have history in your current portal, we import it and the models start on day one.

Can Alpha change setpoints or dispatch?+

Not by default. Alpha is read-only; on Enterprise, approved actions can be written back to your EMS, always with a person approving each one.

Which hardware do you support?+

Any inverter, logger, meter, BMS or EMS that speaks Modbus, SunSpec, IEC 61850, OPC UA, DNP3 or MQTT, plus the major vendor clouds.

Is there a minimum contract?+

Twelve months, then monthly. No setup fee.
