More yield per asset. Less work per MWp.

Monitoring and Operations for solar and storage, in one platform.

30 minutes, on your own sites.

What Alpha does

One platform for solar and storage, from alarm to proof.

Alpha reads your inverters, batteries and sensors, finds what underperforms and turns every fault into a work order. Every month it shows what was found, resolved and saved, in euros.

Integrations

Through the vendor cloud, or directly over Modbus TCP and SunSpec.

01 — See

From your whole fleet to the one string that's off.

The Alpha monitoring map, with the navigation on the left, 42 sites across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France coloured by status, the sites that need attention on the right, and a conversation in which Alpha AI answers where the most critical faults are and what is still open.

From raw data to proof in euros.

  1. Connect. FusionSolar, SMA, EMS, satellite data and pyranometers meet in one data model.
  2. Configure. Alpha reads your drawings and builds the park configuration. You review it.
  3. Monitor. Dashboards you put together yourself, from fleet down to string.
  4. Store. Configure and monitor batteries in the same platform, down to the rack.
  5. Ask. Ask Alpha AI about your fleet and get one answer, with the evidence.
  6. Resolve. The alarm becomes a work order, and the technician closes with a field report.
  7. Prove. The monthly report is ready as a PDF: what it delivered and what it saved.

Monitoring for PV

From drawing to every string, in one view.

Alpha proposes the park configuration from its drawings, shows what each park delivers against what it should deliver and flags what is off.

See Monitoring →
1.1

Configuration with AI

Alpha reads drawings and datasheets and fills in the park configuration. You check the result.

A PV park's configuration in Alpha: grid connection, field, grid meter and inverters

Sample data

How it works

  1. 01Upload the drawings and datasheets; Alpha reads out inverters, strings and MPPTs.
  2. 02Every value has the passage from the document next to it.
  3. 03You approve; only then does it become the configuration.

Ask Alpha AI

“Which strings hang off inverter 3 at North park?”

What you get

  • Park configuration down to the string
  • Source per value
  • Checked by a person
See Monitoring →
1.2

Dashboards and reports

Sample data

How it works

  1. 01A rule per situation: string below expectation, inverter offline, communication lost.
  2. 02Three levels and exceptions per time window, so the night does not alarm.

Ask Alpha AI

“Which of last night's alarms were false?”

What you get

  • Rules with three levels
  • Exceptions per time window
  • Alarm quality

02 — Batteries

Every rack, every cycle, up to the warranty.

Alpha monitors batteries down to the rack, calculates their health itself and keeps warranty, RMA and the monthly report together.

See battery storage →
2.1

Rack and cell in view

Per container and rack the state of charge, the warmest cell and the voltage spread, every day.

Sample data

How it works

  1. 01Warranty terms per battery, also read from the document.
  2. 02An RMA per part and serial number, with status and days open.

What you get

  • Warranty file
  • RMA per part
  • Link to the work order
See battery storage →
2.4

Questions

Before you start.

Security →
Does Alpha control my installations?

No. Alpha reads data and changes no settings, setpoints or dispatch without a separate instruction. AI features cannot control installations.

Which brands and protocols work?

Vendor clouds such as Huawei FusionSolar and SMA. Directly over Modbus TCP, SunSpec and Modbus RTU. Files over FTP, SFTP and S3, and push through webhooks.

Where is my data?

With OVHcloud in the EU, in a datacenter in Poland. Only for AI features and email does the information needed go to providers outside the EU.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Customer data is not used to train third-party models.

Who sees what?

Rights apply per organisation and per asset. Anything not explicitly allowed is denied.

What if data is missing?

You see it as missing, never as zero. A broken connection shows up at once.
