Solutions — Investors and funds

Figures you can verify, without asking for an export.

A viewer role on the fleet you invest in, and reports that do not change afterwards. Every report holds the definitions of its figures and says what data it rests on.

Recognise this

You rely on figures you cannot check.

  1. 01

    Monthly reporting per project company

The same figures have to be gathered every month, for every project company. A figure that changes afterwards undermines all of them.

  2. 02

    Explaining a deviation from budget

Production below budget in a month with enough sun: the committee asks why, and the summary does not say.

  3. 03

    Technical due diligence

DNV's lenders' due diligence for a €2 billion refinancing of a 1.3 GW solar portfolio across six European countries included performance reviews of operating plants.

    DNV, 2025
  4. 04

    Ongoing oversight

Institutional investors must report risk at least once a year, the Solar Bankability guidelines note. Between reports, you see nothing.

From problem to solution

From a report you receive to a report you can verify.

01 — Monthly reporting per project company

Fixed reports with a checksum.

Performance reports as a fixed snapshot with a checksum: production against plan, performance ratio and availability against the guarantee, shared by a link that expires.

What it gets you
Less reporting work, and figures that do not change.
Published reports in Alpha with customer, period and status
Sample data

02 — Explaining a deviation from budget

Loss per cause, with the definitions in the report.

Lost energy per cause, in MWh and in euros. The definitions are in the report itself, and missing data counts as missing, never as zero.

What it gets you
An answer for the committee.
Expected and measured yield per site with the loss in euros
Sample data

03 — Technical due diligence

The history of every installation, on record.

Alarm cases and reports stay with the asset. Work orders, inspections and documents stay in the installation's dossier. A reviewer reads the history instead of asking for it.

What it gets you
A review that starts from the record.
The list of faults per site in Alpha with priority and assignment
Sample data

04 — Ongoing oversight

A role that sees everything and changes nothing.

A viewer role on your whole fleet, including each battery's dossier and warranties. You look along with the operator, without being able to change anything.

What it gets you
Oversight without edit rights.
Warranties in Alpha with what was guaranteed and what was achieved

What you steer on

The technical half of your figures.

Production against plan
Per asset and period, in the report.
Performance ratio
In the report, against the guarantee, with its definition.
Availability
Per asset, in the report, against the guarantee.
Loss per cause
In MWh and in euros.
Battery lifetime
Throughput, cycles and time above the limit per battery.
Assets with data
On the reports page, per period.

How it is calculated

What makes a report one you can rely on.

A fixed snapshot

A report does not change afterwards. A correction is a new version that replaces it, and the checksum shows which one you have.

How PR is calculated

Energy divided by kWp times the irradiation on the panels, from the park's sensor where it covers the day, otherwise from satellite data.

Missing stays missing

Missing data counts as missing, never as zero, so a gap cannot pass as a result.

Questions

What you will want to know.

Does Alpha calculate DSCR, NAV or dividend cover?

No. Alpha delivers the technical half: production, performance ratio, availability and loss. Your financial model stays where it is.

Can a report still change?

No. A report is a fixed snapshot with a checksum. A correction is a new version that replaces it, never an edit.

Can I change anything in the viewer role?

No. The role sees what belongs to your fleet and can change nothing. The server applies the same rules as the menu.

Can I share a report with a bank or adviser?

Yes, by a link that expires, so they do not need an account.
